"My background is in retail and retail management, having been with one of the area’s largest retailers for over nine years.  Retail provided a crash-course for managing associates and learning to make strategic adjustments to maintain profits and keep customers happy!  That’s why my favorite part of working at Xtreme is getting to work “together” to collectively solve problems as a group!

 

I come from a crazy, loving, and caring family.  I was raised on a farm with my two sisters and learned a lot about hard work and respecting others.  My parents still live on that farm!

I’m very into crafts, fishing, hiking, camping, and outdoor activities.  I like playing basketball, softball, and baseball with my sons and daughter.  We have one rule at our house: 'If it’s nice outside you better be out there!'”
