Previously President and CEO of Johns Dental Laboratories, Lisa led a successful financial turnaround and international expansion. She holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville.

A natural problem-solver, he thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering quality results. Before entering the coatings industry, Kevin spent 15 years as a professional photographer after earning his degree in Photojournalism from Ball State University.
Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
Wesley is a proud husband and father of three, driven by a passion for service, teamwork, and helping others grow both personally and professionally.
