My Story
Lisa Stephens is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational transformation across manufacturing, retail, banking, and real estate. Since January 2025, she has served as President of Xtreme Flooring Solutions, where she directs the company’s strategic vision and drives operational excellence.
Previously, as President & CEO of Johns Dental Laboratories, Lisa successfully turned around a financially distressed organization—more than doubling revenue and launching international product sales. Her expertise spans budget development, team leadership, IT and HR oversight, and crisis management.
Recognized for her big-picture thinking and disciplined execution, Lisa is known for building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville and has been a multiple-time finalist for Business First’s CFO of the Year awards.
