My Story

As the Project Manager at Xtreme Coating Solutions, Bailey makes sure the company stays flowing at the most effective and efficient operating speed. He thrives at organizing and executing complex projects in a timely manner, while delivering the customers with the highest-quality flooring finish.  He's our bridge between the field and executive team.

When not working, he loves to relax by fishing or keeping busy with hands-on projects. These hobbies help him recharge and stay creative.
