My Story
Jessica Wuchterl is the co-founder of Xtreme Coating Solutions. A visionary and multi-passionate entrepreneur, Jessica played a foundational role in building the company from the ground up—helping transform it into a trusted provider of protective floor coatings across the region.
Jessica remains closely connected to the business through big-picture leadership, innovation, and long-term planning. She is passionate about empowering her team to lead with excellence, structure, and intention.
Outside of Xtreme, Jessica lives on a historic farm in Crestwood, Kentucky, where she spends her free time caring for her horses, chickens, ducks, pigs, dogs, and cats. Her passion for nature, animals, and soulful living has deeply influenced her leadership style, centered around authenticity, connection, and sustainability.
